About Us
Don Pepe was born from a family recipe created in 1966. When the family ventured into "Carne en su Jugo" (Meat in its Juice) in the Chapalita neighborhood in Guadalajara and forged their name in one of the most traditional, delicious and emblematic dishes of the Jalisco's capital.
Since then, Don José Gómez and his family have kept the flavors of each of their dishes alive; to take, for generations, the most delicious "Meat in its Juice" in Guadalajara, with a unique and unmatched flavor.
Now, in Puerto Vallarta, the descendants of Don José want to share with this beautiful port, the greatest gift of this family. Always made with care and love.
